Business/Community vendors must possess or obtain a Simi Valley Business Tax Certificate prior to submitting application.
All business/community vendor applications must be submitted by July 5th, 2025, and can be submitted electronically here. DO NOT MAIL applications. REGISTER HERE.

Confirmation of your reservation and arrival/setup directions will be delivered at the email address indicated on your registration form following approval of your application. All vendor confirmations are at the discretion of the Simi Valley Police Department.
As a reminder, the event will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 from 5:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. at the Simi Valley Town Center located at 1555 Simi Town Center Way, Simi Valley, CA 93065. Additional details coming soon.
Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, and chairs. Each vendor will have one 10’ x 10"‘ vendor space on pavement with lighting throughout the event. No electricity is available on-site.
Vendors are responsible for set-up and tear down. Vendors must set up from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. Temporary loading/unloading is available, but vendors are required to park outside of the event area to allow for foot traffic. While we appreciate your enthusiasm, early set-ups are not available.
Vendors must breakdown from 8:30pm to 9:00pm. While we appreciate your time, early breakdowns are not available to allow for foot traffic.
